Fantastic location with the best of both
worlds! Beach Villa overlooking the 18th fairway and green of the Robert
Trent Jones golf course. Just a short five minute walk to the beach or
two minute bike ride. Our Villa is
just a short walk to the community pool, Palmetto Dunes tennis resort,
Robert Trent Jones Golf course Clubhouse, and the plantation's
general
store.
Our Villa has been extensively renovated in
12/2007. Recent upgrades include new hardwood flooring throughout the
lower floor and Berber carpeting on the upper floor, custom
interior paint and colors, interior doors, baseboards, casement,
fixtures and more! We have replaced the outdoor furniture, stereo system, and added new furniture, rugs, and decorative pieces.
Our smoke free Villa comes complete
with everything to make your vacation enjoyable with the comforts of
home. Local phone service is included. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first
floor. Sliding doors lead to a large open deck which overlooks the 18th
fairway and green. Table, chairs and gas grill for outside dining and free
wireless internet access in case you would rather stay in.
The
master bedroom includes a new bed, new LCD TV, dvd player, vcr player and full private bathroom. The living
room includes a newer sofa with pullout bed, newer love seat, Brookstone stereo with an Aux input, new Sharp LCD HD TV, Blueray/DVD and VCR player, a small library of video tapes and a
second three quarter bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two double
beds, new LCD tv, dvd player, full private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The
upstairs loft includes a sofa bed. Up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in
our Villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with
all of the comforts of home. Our Villa has a number of beach chairs,
beach toys, inflatable floats including a floating child seat, noodles,
several razor scooters, buggy boards, and other common beach toys to help
your children (or adults) build their own castle in the sand. Included
is a nice big wheeled carrier to transport your beach equipment easily to
and from your nearly private beach or the pool that is only for Hickory Cove
owners and guests.
Hilton
Head Island is famous for its beautiful beaches and warm ocean water.
However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to enjoy. The
plantation itself has
Three championship golf courses as well as
25
championship clay tennis courts of which many are lighted for night
play. Our villa is in easy walking distance of the Tennis courts and the
Robert Trent Jones club house. Also, we are near the general store,
Alexander's restaurant, and Palmetto
Dune Outfitters.
The plantation includes miles of
resort biking trails and extensive HHI bike trails , 11 miles
of lagoons for rowing and
kayaking and many island restaurants.
Shelter Cove harbour is one
mile away and includes shops, restaurants and fireworks in the summer.
The free Palmetto Dunes Buggy can take you to these places, simply call
them.
